Overall decent, some small gripes

I ordered the non-stick tea maker and an insulated tea carafe. Shipping was free and fairly quick, arrived in about a week. The tea maker itself is good, cleaning is easy, and the handle really doesn't get hot. My only minor issue was the carafe, it doesn't keep tea piping hot for as long as I expected, maybe 3-4 hours max. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about tracking, so that was a plus. Good value for what I paid.

Great tea pot, easy to use

I decided to try the BruChai patented tea pot after seeing some reviews. Ordering was straightforward on their website. It shipped out the next day and arrived in just 5 days, which was faster than I expected for a standard delivery. The pot itself is fantastic for making loose leaf tea. The non-stick interior makes cleaning a breeze, truly. I've used other stovetop tea pots before and scrubbing them was always a pain. The burn-proof handle is also a big win; I can pick it up right off the stove without a mitt. It's sturdy and feels well-made. I also downloaded their eBrochure, which had some nice recipes. Definitely improved my morning tea routine.

Love my new tea maker!

I just got the mess-free tea brewer and it's awesome! It makes brewing so simple and there's no drips or spills, which was my biggest problem with my old one. I'm telling all my friends about it. Will definitely shop here again!
